Position SummaryWere looking for a detail-oriented Mortgage Loan Closer who is passionate about delivering an exceptional closing this role youll work closely with loan officers escrow companies and internal partners to ensure loans are completed accurately compliantly and on schedule. If you enjoy managing deadlines solving problems and being a key contributor to a high-performing mortgage operations team youll find this role both challenging and position is in-office at our HSFCU Headquarters in Downtown Annual Salary Range: $46600 - $58695 per yearThe posted range reflects the anticipated base pay for this position with final compensation determined based on experience skills and internal Duties:Manage closing pipeline and workflow to ensure timely preparation of closing documents and loan funding while meeting established closing documents including Closing Disclosures and closing packages with a high degree of loan files for funding readiness by confirming underwriting conditions are cleared and required documentation is closings with loan officers escrow title companies and internal partners to ensure timely signing funding and mortgage loans and balance closing figures by verifying fees disbursements and funding amounts prior to wire or check regulatory and quality standards by auditing files identifying discrepancies and ensuring compliance with company federal and state Qualifications and Experience2-4 years of experience in mortgage lending or related strong attention to detail highly organized and ability to work under strict to collaborate effectively and communicate clearly both verbally and electronically with team in using mortgage-related software and other computer :Find your happy place.
