Job Summary

Role: Mortgage Calling US- Mortgage Loan Closer - Customer Service Support

Location: Cincinnati US- 100% ONSITE
Duration: Longterm contract


Role Descriptions: Mortgage Loan Closer is responsible to ensure an accurate and timely closing of the mortgage loan. All Client customer contact are to be made by closer
a. The primary responsibilities of the Company for the Mortgage Loan Calling are as follows:
i. Enter accurate and timely loan information into the Loan Originations Systems.
ii. Review loan conditions to ensure the loan is ready to close.
iii. Contact the third parties and title company to coordinate the required data.


Additional responsibilities for the Mortgage Closer include:
Maintaining service level standards
Assisting in new-hire trainings
Perform internal Quality check providing floor support and feedback to other staff
Responding to all emails efficiently

Knowledge/Experience:
0-1 years of conventional mortgage processing/closing experience
Knowledge of full loan cycle processing (from beginning to end)
Strong understanding of Desktop Underwriter (DU) and Loan Prospector(LP)
Competencies/Skills:
Strong communication skills verbal and written
Strong analytical skills
Demonstrated ability to resolve complicated issues as they arise
Proven organizational skills and demonstrated ability to prioritize and multi-task
Skills. Able to work through multiple computer programs and multi-computer monitors
Flexible (Willingness to stretch and overtime)
Knowledge of MS Office

Good Team Player/Strong Interpersonal skills

Qualifications:

Essential: Minimum of 0-12 months of US Mortgage processing/Closing experience.
Desirable: Exposure to the FNMA and FHLMC guidelines would be an added advantage. Exposure and knowledge of MI
