• Have an active CNA license/certification
• Be at least 20 years old
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Have reliable transportation
• Have a valid drivers license and current auto insurance
• Be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical caregiving duties
• Be able to follow care plans and work independently
• Have strong communication skills and fluent English
• Demonstrate reliability professionalism compassion and respect for seniors
• Be able to pass a background check
• Have a smartphone capable of using the WellSky app for timekeeping and care documentation

• Flexible shifts from 3 to 12 hours
