- Have an active CNA license/certification
- Be at least 20 years old
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Have reliable transportation
- Have a valid drivers license and current auto insurance
- Be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical caregiving duties
- Be able to follow care plans and work independently
- Have strong communication skills and fluent English
- Demonstrate reliability professionalism compassion and respect for seniors
- Be able to pass a background check
- Have a smartphone capable of using the WellSky app for timekeeping and care documentation
- Flexible shifts from 3 to 12 hours
- Various daytime schedules available

- Schedule based on caregiver availability and client needs
