• Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle for their needs and budget
• Build relationships through phone text email video and social media communication
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives
• Follow up with internet leads showroom traffic and previous customers
• Maintain accurate customer records and activity within our CRM system
• Create personalized video introductions and follow-up videos for customers
• Utilize social media to expand your network and generate opportunities
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process
• Generate repeat and referral business

• Automotive sales experience preferred but not required
• Previous sales customer service hospitality retail or relationship-building experience is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable using technology social media and video communication
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed
• Positive attitude and professional appearance
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
• Valid drivers license and acceptable driving record
