Silicone Manufacturing Associate 3^rd Shift

Location: Somerset WI
Pay:$22.00/hour

Schedule: Sunday Thursday 10:00 pm to 6:30 am

Position Summary:
SEEK Careers is seeking a Silicone Manufacturing Associate to support production operations in our Somerset WI facility. This role involves working with silicone molding processes in a regulated manufacturing environment with a strong focus on safety quality and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and support silicone manufacturing equipment including injection mold machines sonic welders presses and pad printers

• Load and unload machines throughout the production process

• Perform detailed visual inspections to ensure product quality

• Package finished products according to work instructions

• Work around molds reaching temperatures up to 300 degrees; use proper techniques to safely remove medical masks without damage

• Monitor equipment and production flow in warm environments (some machines may feel similar to working near a space heater)

• Follow all gowning safety and cleanroom procedures

Qualifications:

• Good hand dexterity and ability to handle small parts safely and precisely

• Comfortable working in warm conditions and around heated equipment

• Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred but not required

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

• Strong attention to detail and quality

Physical / Work Environment Requirements:

• Frequent standing bending and repetitive motion

• Ability to lift up to 3550 lbs

• Gowning required from head to toe
