The role

• Shift: 6:00 AM 6:00 PM

• Schedule: 12-hour rotating two-week cycle

Supports production operations through mold changes material handling color changeovers and troubleshooting. Ensures equipment materials and processes are running efficiently while maintaining safety and quality standards.

• Perform mold changes inspections and production line setup

• Manage material handling labeling and storage compliance

• Execute color/material changeovers and ensure line clearance

• Troubleshoot machine alarms and support production uptime

• Assist with automation repairs IML changeovers and basic hydraulic fixes

• Support production start-ups shutdowns and packaging activities as needed

• Maintain clean safe work areas and complete required documentation

• Follow all GMP food safety (SQF) and company procedures

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Manufacturing or mold technician experience a plus

• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

• Basic knowledge of production processes and equipment

• Solid math skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and in fast-paced environments

• Frequent standing walking climbing and working on production equipment

• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs

• Comfortable working at heights and using hand tools

• Willingness to complete safety training (forklift Lockout/Tagout etc.)

• Strong attendance reliability and teamwork

• Ability to make quick decisions in time-sensitive situations
