The Camera Hardware Engineering group is responsible for all research design development test and qualification of camera hardware for Apple products. Design and perform laboratory experiments in Apple labs to characterize camera prototypes for design validation and failure analysisnDefine and execute characterization and validation plans develop quantitative metrics and analysis to evaluate performance develop new test equipment and procedures

Currently pursuing BS MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering Mechanical Engineering Computer Engineering Computer Science Optics Physics or a related discipline.n

Currently pursuing BS MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering Mechanical Engineering Computer Engineering Computer Science Optics Physics or a related using Matlab Python C# or C for lab equipment control and data collectionnExperience in image processing and quantitative imaging analysis with Matlab or PythonnExperience in hands-on lab setups involving camera optics and EEnExperience with 3D CAD mechanical design for fixtures is a plusnExperience with board level circuit debug and soldering is a plus
