Model Validator

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Model Validator. The Model Validator will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our healthcare models and data which are used to inform decision-making and improve patient outcomes. This is a critical role in our organization as our models and data are essential to providing the best possible care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Validate and test healthcare models and data to ensure accuracy and reliability

- Develop and maintain documentation for all models and data used by the organization

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies in the models and data

- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in healthcare modeling and data analysis

- Communicate findings and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in a related field such as statistics mathematics or healthcare administration

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Attention to detail and ability to work independently

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficiency in statistical software and data visualization tools

- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards is a plus
