The Model Bartender is responsible for ensuring excellent visitor service standards while complying with all applicable SNHD requirements. Ideal candidates have experience in fast-paced high-energy environments and strong communication skills. They should possess extensive knowledge of bartending from fundamentals to crafting drinks. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Maintain an attractive image to align with the venues theme.
- Pose for promotional pictures in uniform or designated apparel.
- Participate in themed events movie showings and marketing activities.
- Provide exceptional professional and friendly customer service.
- Set up the bar for operations and maintain a positive atmosphere.
- Perform various job-related tasks as required by management.
- Mix and serve beverages following department policies.
- Maintain a well-groomed appearance posture and hygiene.
- Handle credit transactions accurately.
- Keep a clean and hygienic workstation following health standards.
- Provide accurate inventory counts.
- Communicate effectively and work well within a team.
- Be knowledgeable about the venues offerings.
- Monitor and address guest concerns or disruptive behavior.
- Respond to complaints positively and correct errors.
- Maintain a professional appearance composure and focus.
- Uphold high standards of integrity.
- Perform assigned job-related duties.
