As a Mobile Trailer Mechanic you will travel to customer sites in a mobile service truck to perform on-site diagnostics repairs and preventative maintenance on tractortrailer equipment. This role is ideal for a self-motivated safety-conscious trailer mechanic who enjoys working independently outdoors and directly supporting fleet operations.
Youll be responsible for keeping our customers trailers and fleets on the road by delivering high-quality timely repairs in the field.
Key Responsibilities
Inspect diagnose and repair truck and trailer systems
Perform preventative maintenance and component replacements
Operate and maintain a mobile service truck
Ensure compliance with all safety and DOT regulations
Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
Maintain accurate service and repair documentation
Weekend and on-call availability as needed
Requirements
Trailer repair experience required
Valid drivers license
Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screen
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
Willingness to be on-call
