Mobile service is never the same twice. One call youre diagnosing a transmission issue at a customer facility the next youre troubleshooting electrical problems roadside. Youll face different vehicles different customers different challengesevery shift keeps you engaged and sharp. Responsibilities

• Diagnose inspect maintain and repair commercial vehicles and equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and field service repairs
• Diagnose medium and heavy-duty diesel truck issues independently
• Perform electrical mechanical hydraulic and pneumatic repairs
• Utilize diagnostic tools and OEM service information systems
• Complete work orders and repair documentation accurately.
• Follow manufacturer specifications and company safety procedures.
• Maintain a professional relationship with customers.
• Participate in ongoing technical training.
• Drive Mobile Truck to customer locations to perform service work.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of fleet diesel heavy-duty truck or dealership technician experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid drivers license with acceptable driving record (this is a safety sensitive position)
• ASE certifications and CDL preferred.
• Strong diagnostic troubleshooting and customer service skills.
• Must possess own tools.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to frequently stand walk bend kneel crouch climb
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds regularly
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform repairs in physically demanding positions.
