REQUIREMENTS
- Must be licensed within the state of Ohio (limited license not accepted)
- Applicant must be registered with ARDMS or CCI for vascular ultrasound.
- General/Vascular Echo/Vascular
- Vaccination against COVID-19 is a requirement for all individuals. Alternatively those seeking an exemption must submit proper documentation supporting their request.
- Graduate of an accredited diagnostic ultrasound technology program.
- Maintain required certification and registries health requirements and operational requirements.
- Sonographer must always maintain a valid drivers license and be able to produce the license on demand.
