• Perform on-site diagnostics maintenance and repairs on Ford and Hyundai vehicles.
• Provide exceptional customer service by communicating repairs service needs and timelines clearly.
• Manage tools and equipment effectively while maintaining a clean and organized work environment in a mobile service vehicle.
• Document all work performed and parts used accurately for service records and billing.
• Stay updated on Ford and Hyundai vehicle technologies and repair techniques.
• Adhere to all safety and environmental regulations while working on-site.

• Proven experience as an automotive technician preferably with Ford and Hyundai vehicles.
• ASE certification or equivalent automotive technical qualification preferred.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills with an ability to work independently in mobile settings.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to ensure outstanding customer experiences.
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in varying outdoor conditions.
