Quirk Ford is growing and looking for a motivated Mobile Service Coordinator to join our team! This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers staying organized and helping deliver an exceptional service experience. The ideal candidate is dependable detail-oriented and comfortable managing mobile service appointments while supporting our technicians and customers.
As a Mobile Service Coordinator you will help oversee daily mobile service operations coordinate customer appointments communicate with dealership teams and ensure a seamless experience from scheduling through completion.

Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage daily mobile service appointments
Communicate with customers regarding scheduling service updates and follow-up
Support mobile technicians and dealership service teams
Ensure accurate documentation of completed services
Provide an outstanding customer experience and represent Quirk Ford professionally
Assist with recall services maintenance scheduling and service coordination
Maintain organized records and track service activity
Help identify opportunities to improve customer retention and satisfaction
Qualifications:
Customer service automotive or dealership experience preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to multitask and manage a fast-paced schedule
Comfortable working independently and with dealership teams
Professional and customer-focused attitude
