• Bathe shampoo condition dry and brush dogs
• Learn proper coat care matting assessment and safe handling
• Assist with nails ears brushing sanitation and prep work
• Support professional groomers during appointments
• Learn grooming tools techniques safety standards and client expectations
• Help keep the grooming van clean sanitized stocked and organized
• Follow direction from the team lead and accept feedback
• Build the skills needed to eventually groom independently
  
  

• At least 12 years of hands-on dog bathing experience
• Comfort handling different breeds sizes coat types and temperaments
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Calm patient approach with animals
• Ability to accept feedback and improve quickly
• Good communication skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift pets weighing 50 pounds
• Valid Wisconsin drivers license and clean driving record
