Vancouver Clinic is looking for aFront DeskRepresentativeto join our teamatour 87thlocation.Tobe successful in this role you will need a friendly demeanor great attitude and the desire to make a positive impact on our patients.Responsibilities can include providingexcellent customer service to our patients by welcoming and greeting patients and their families collectingco-paysobtainingand completing insurance information answering phone calls and schedulingappointments.If youcanmultitask work well with others as part of a teamandmaintaina positive attitude while working in a fast-paced environment we want you on our team!
Location:87th Ave (700 NE 87th Ave Vancouver WA 98664)
Schedule:Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm
Hiring rangegenerally between$18.00/hour to $21.37/hour and placement in the range depends on an evaluation of experience.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.
Minimum of 1 year ofmedicalfrontoffice experience preferred.
Experience with Epic preferred.
Excellent phone skills and customer service behaviors.
Strong computerkeyboardingskills.

Pay Range:
