What Youll Do
- Conduct comprehensive fitness assessments and consultations
- Recommend customized fitness programs based on client goals and needs
- Close training packages and help clients confidently begin their fitness journey
- Deliver engaging in-home and on-site personal training sessions
- Design and update personalized fitness programs using the GYMGUYZ App
- Track client progress through regular reassessments
- Build relationships with referral partners and community organizations
- Participate in community outreach and business development activities
- Support and collaborate with other members of the training team
- Represent GYMGUYZs core values of Determination Respect Integrity Versatility and Excellence (DRIVE)
What You Bring
Required Qualifications
- Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM ACE ISSA ACSM NSCA or equivalent)
- Current CPR/AED certification
- Proven ability to build rapport and motivate clients
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally between appointments
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Professional self-motivated and results-oriented mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience conducting fitness consultations or assessments
- Experience selling personal training or wellness programs
- Leadership or mentoring experience
- Comfortable using fitness technology and mobile applications
- Experience with Trainerize Mindbody or similar platforms
