Mobile HVACRefrigeration Engineer – North Shore, MA

Are you an experienced HVAC and Refrigeration professional looking for a career with variety independence and long-term growth We are seeking a Mobile HVAC/Refrigeration Engineer to support multiple commercial facilities throughout the North Shore region of Massachusetts including North Andover Baldwin and Beverly.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled technician who enjoys working independently while servicing a diverse portfolio of commercial facilities.

• Monday-Friday

• 7:30 AM 4:30 PM

• Rotating after-hours on-call schedule shared among the team

• Travel between approximately 10-12 commercial facilities performing preventative maintenance and repairs

• Diagnose troubleshoot and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems

• Maintain mechanical plumbing electrical structural fire/life safety and building control systems

• Perform preventative maintenance including inspections cleaning calibrating equipment and replacing components

• Record equipment readings and make adjustments to optimize system performance

• Respond to service requests and emergency repairs across multiple locations

• Monitor outside contractors and ensure quality workmanship

• Maintain tools inventory and maintenance documentation

• Follow all safety procedures while maintaining a clean and organized work environment

• Massachusetts Refrigeration License REQUIRED

• EPA Universal Certification required

• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record

• Experience maintaining and repairing commercial HVAC and building mechanical systems

• Working knowledge of plumbing electrical and general building maintenance

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently while managing multiple locations

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Trade school education in HVAC refrigeration or electrical systems

• Commercial refrigeration experience

• Mechanical building operations background

• Experience supporting office buildings warehouses garages or industrial facilities
