Mobile HVACR Technician – Commercial Facilities

Are you an experienced Commercial HVAC/R Technician looking for a role that offers independence variety and a company vehicle Were seeking a skilled technician to maintain and repair commercial facilities throughout the Tampa Clearwater and St. Petersburg areas. • Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems.

• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC/R electrical plumbing and mechanical equipment.

• Maintain building systems lighting doors fixtures and general facility components.

• Complete facility inspections and identify opportunities to improve equipment performance.

• Respond to service calls and prioritize preventive corrective and emergency work orders.

• Update work orders in real time using a CMMS platform such as Corrigo.

• Submit P-card receipts daily and maintain accurate maintenance records.

• Safely operate a company service van while traveling between commercial sites.

• Participate in an on-call rotation as needed.

• Minimum 4 years of commercial HVAC experience.

• Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems.

• EPA Universal Certification is required.

• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.

• Ability to store a company service van at your residence.

• Comfortable using smartphones tablets mobile apps and CMMS software.

• Experience troubleshooting electrical plumbing and mechanical systems.

• High school diploma or GED.

• Experience with commercial or supermarket refrigeration.

• Experience using Corrigo or another CMMS/work order management system.

• Trade school education or apprenticeship in HVAC refrigeration or electrical.

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.

• Mobile role covering the Tampa Bay area
