Job Title: Mobile Engineer (EPA Universal Required)
Location:Cleveland OH

Role Overview:
Field-based Mobile Engineer responsible for HVAC mechanical electrical plumbing and general building systems maintenance across assigned facilities. This role focuses on hands-on troubleshooting repair work and maintaining building uptime through preventive and reactive maintenance.

What youll do:

• Perform maintenance and repair of HVAC electrical plumbing and mechanical systems
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC and building equipment issues
• Complete preventive maintenance tasks on facility systems
• Handle general building maintenance (lighting fixtures structural repairs etc.)
• Respond to breakdowns and urgent facility issues
• Perform routine inspections of building systems
• Complete work orders and document all maintenance activity
• Support vendors and outside contractors when needed
• Maintain compliance with all safety procedures

What were looking for:

• EPA Universal Certification required
• Strong HVAC and building systems experience
• Experience with electrical mechanical and plumbing systems
• Ability to diagnose and repair equipment independently
• Background in commercial facility maintenance
