Mobile Fill-In Janitor (Company Vehicle Provided)

Shift: Monday Friday starting at 5:00 PM. End times vary based on nightly needs (Shift window is 5:00 PM 3:00 AM). Note: 1 weekend per month is required.

Pay: $16.00 / hour Exclusive Position Bonuses!

Youll keep our operations running smoothly by providing top-tier cleaning support wherever its needed most each night. Duties include:

• Dusting sweeping mopping and vacuuming.

• Cleaning and disinfecting restrooms to high standards.

• Emptying trash and recycling bins.

• Stepping into different commercial properties nightly and learning new routines quickly.

Physical Requirements: This is an active fast-paced and physically demanding role. Youll be performing repetitive bending stretching stooping lifting vacuuming and carpet scrubbing.

Because you will be driving company vehicles to various job sites the driving and background requirements are essential for this role:

• License & Driving Record: Must have a valid AZ drivers license held for at least the last 5 years with a clean record (no at-fault accidents suspensions or major moving violations).

• Schedule Flexibility: Must be able to start at 5:00 PM daily work varying night hours up until 3:00 AM and commit to working 1 required weekend per month.

• Transportation: Must have your own reliable transportation to get to and from our main office daily.

• Work History: At least 1 year of verifiable work experience within the last 5 years (prior janitorial experience is preferred but adaptability and a great attitude are key!).

• Background: Must pass a standard background check and drug screen.
