Mobile Equipment Mechanic

OTC Fleet Services is hiring a dependable Mobile Equipment Mechanic to serve the Lancaster area. This hybrid position combines on-site work with local travel to service forklifts pallet trucks and lifts for our commercial clients. Main Duties:

• Diagnose repair and maintain mobile equipment: forklifts pallet trucks boom lifts and scissor lifts
  
  
• Provide courteous professional customer service at all times
  
  
• Maintain a clean safe and OSHA-compliant work environment
  
  
• Work independently in the field and manage assigned jobs
  
  
• Typical start time: 6:00 AM following the initial training period

Requirements:

• Previous experience with forklifts lifts or heavy equipment repairs
  
  
• Strong mechanical hydraulic and electrical system knowledge (648 volt)
  
  
• Experience with mobile service work preferred
  
  
• Provide your own hand and power tools (up to ½ drive)
  
  
• Clean driving record
  
  
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
  
  
• Basic computer skills; ability to manage electronic work orders
  
  
• Dependable self-motivated and professional demeanor
  
  
• Stable work history
