MOBILE ENGINEER – HVAC

Ready to take your maintenance skills on the road We are looking for a hands-on Mobile Engineer to support multiple commercial facilities throughout the Memphis TN area. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled maintenance professional who enjoys variety independence and keeping building operations running smoothly.

The ideal candidate has 35 years of commercial facilities maintenance experience strong troubleshooting abilities and a solid background in HVAC electrical plumbing or general building systems.

• Perform maintenance troubleshooting and repairs across HVAC electrical plumbing mechanical and building systems

• Travel between multiple commercial facilities throughout the Memphis area

• Complete preventative maintenance inspections equipment cleaning and component replacements

• Diagnose equipment issues and make necessary repairs to minimize downtime

• Monitor building systems and make operational adjustments as needed

• Assist with maintenance planning parts tracking and inventory management

• Coordinate with outside contractors and ensure quality of completed work

• Follow safety procedures and maintain clean safe working environments

• Support reliable day-to-day operations across assigned properties

• 35 years of commercial or industrial building maintenance experience

• Strong hands-on experience in at least one core trade: HVAC electrical plumbing or mechanical maintenance

• Ability to troubleshoot and repair a variety of building systems

• EPA 608 Type II certification required (Universal preferred)

• Valid drivers license required

• Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

• Comfortable traveling between multiple facilities

• Ability to work independently manage priorities and take ownership of assigned work
