Mobile Engineer – Commercial Facilities

Are you an experienced Commercial HVAC Technician who enjoys variety independence and solving complex mechanical challenges Were looking for a Mobile HVAC Engineer to support commercial facilities throughout the Providence RI area traveling within approximately 2 hours of your home. Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-4:00 PM

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC equipment to minimize downtime.

• Complete light plumbing repairs and general building maintenance.

• Replace ceiling tiles interior doors lighting components and other building fixtures.

• Perform facility inspections and identify equipment requiring repair or replacement.

• Complete work orders in real time using a CMMS platform such as Corrigo.

• Submit daily documentation and P-card receipts.

• Maintain safe work practices while delivering exceptional customer service.

• Travel between commercial sites in a company vehicle.

• Minimum of 4 years of commercial HVAC experience.

• EPA Universal Certification is required.

• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills on commercial HVAC/R systems.

• Experience with preventive maintenance and commercial refrigeration.

• Basic plumbing experience.

• General building maintenance experience.

• Good driving record with a valid drivers license.

• Ability to store a company vehicle at your residence.

• Comfortable using smartphones tablets and CMMS/work order systems.

• High school diploma or GED.

• Experience with Corrigo or other CMMS platforms.

• Trade school or apprenticeship in HVAC refrigeration or electrical.

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

• Monday-Friday schedule with consistent daytime hours.

• Company vehicle provided.

• Mobile role with local traveltypically within two hours of home.
