Job Summary

Be the Calm in the Storm as a Mobile Crisis Clinician

Part-time position Saturday and Sunday 8:00am-8:00pm. 24 hours weekly.

Do you thrive in fast-paced high-impact environments where your clinical skills can truly change lives As a Mobile Crisis Clinician youll be on the front lines providing immediate person-centered crisis intervention to individuals in behavioral health distress. Youll assess needs de-escalate crises and ensure individuals are connected with the care and resources they need all while collaborating with a compassionate and skilled team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely crisis assessment and intervention via phone video or in person
  • Conduct Zero Suicide screenings and risk evaluations
  • Make clinically sound decisions to stabilize individuals and refer to appropriate services
  • Coordinate care with internal teams and external community partners
  • Deliver culturally responsive trauma-informed care
  • Document services accurately and maintain compliance with agency and state standards
  • Participate in supervision and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
  • Regional travel required; hybrid work environment with office-based shifts required

Requirements Skills Knowledge and Expertise

  • High School/GED Required
  • Bachelors or Masters in social work psychology or related field preferred
WORK EXPERIENCE/TRAINING/ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
  • At least one (1) year experience working in behavioral health required if Bachelors degree is the highest education level obtained
  • Working knowledge of DSM-V required
  • A valid drivers license and agency established minimum automobile coverage required
  • Reliable transportation
LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION
  • MO Substance Use credential required (CRADC or CADC) (if high school is highest education obtained)
  • PLPC LMSW LPC PLMFT LMFT or LCSW preferred
