Responsibilities:

Manufacture various products according to standards at Solenis. Manage and maintain assets in area of responsibility including but not limited to: Equipment and Controls Operating Supplies Inventory Control Co-Workers. Contribute to continuous improvement in the organization.

Job Duties

Clean operate and maintain equipment in area including totes pumps mixing vessels and raw material lines as needed.

Read interpret and execute specifications from work order.

Manufacture batches based on work orders.

Provide detailed paperwork flow to maintain inventory accuracy.

Plan and perform batch set up and changeover processes.

Pour and weigh raw material as needed.

Handle Hazardous Waste and Control Waste Stream/Flow

Keeps Work Area Clean and Free of Safety Hazards

Ability to frequently lift up to 50 lbs. and occasionally move drums up to 400 lbs.

Performs other related duties as required.

Position Requirements

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Previous experience in a batch manufacturing environment

Basic Math Skills

Ability to read and interpret work orders
