• Restoration experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
  
  
• Construction demolition flooring painting or general labor experience is a plus.

• Ability to work well independently and with a team.
  
  
• Professional communication with customers and coworkers.
  
  

• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
  
  
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
  
  
• Comfortable working on ladders in crawlspaces and in varying jobsite conditions.
  
  
• Ability to pass a background check.
  
  
• Availability for occasional after-hours or emergency response.
