- Respond to water fire mold storm and other property damage emergencies.
- Perform water extraction demolition debris removal cleaning and restoration services.
- Set up monitor and maintain drying and restoration equipment.
- Document job progress using company software and mobile technology.
- Load maintain and organize company vehicles equipment and materials.
- Communicate professionally with customers teammates and management.
- Follow all SERVPRO procedures and safety standards.
- Participate in rotating on-call schedules for emergency response.
- Valid drivers license with an acceptable driving record.
- Ability to work rotating on-call shifts including evenings weekends and holidays.
- Construction restoration demolition or general labor experience is preferred but not required.
- IICRC certifications are a plus (or willingness to obtain).
- Strong work ethic positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Regularly lift and carry up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.
- Frequently stand walk bend kneel crouch climb and reach throughout the workday.
- Work in confined spaces such as crawl spaces attics and basements.
- Safely climb ladders and work at varying heights.
- Work indoors and outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.
- Perform repetitive physical tasks for extended periods.
- Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) including respirators when necessary.
- Safely operate company vehicles equipment and restoration tools.
