As a Mitigation Technician youll be on the front lines of emergency response providing water fire mold storm and specialty cleaning services that make a real difference for our customers.

What Youll Do

Respond to water fire mold storm and other property damage emergencies.
Perform water extraction demolition debris removal cleaning and restoration services.
Set up monitor and maintain drying and restoration equipment.
Document job progress using company software and mobile technology.
Load maintain and organize company vehicles equipment and materials.
Communicate professionally with customers teammates and management.
Follow all SERVPRO procedures and safety standards.
Participate in rotating on-call schedules for emergency response.

What Were Looking For

Valid drivers license with an acceptable driving record.
Ability to work rotating on-call shifts including evenings weekends and holidays.
Construction restoration demolition or general labor experience is preferred but not required.
IICRC certifications are a plus (or willingness to obtain).
Strong work ethic positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Regularly lift and carry up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.
Frequently stand walk bend kneel crouch climb and reach throughout the workday.
Work in confined spaces such as crawl spaces attics and basements.
Safely climb ladders and work at varying heights.
Work indoors and outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.
Perform repetitive physical tasks for extended periods.
Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) including respirators when necessary.
Safely operate company vehicles equipment and restoration tools.
