What Youll Do

Every day is different. You may be helping a family recover from a flood one day and responding to a fire-damaged property the next.

Responsibilities include:

Responding to water mold fire and storm damage emergencies

Driving company vehicles to customer job sites

Assessing property damage and assisting with mitigation plans

Setting up and monitoring drying equipment and other restoration tools

Performing demolition and removal of damaged materials

Packing inventorying and storing customer belongings when necessary

Documenting job progress using mobile technology and software

Communicating professionally with customers and teammates

Working safely while maintaining a high standard of quality

What Were Looking For

You dont need restoration experience to apply. We can teach the technical skills. Were looking for people with a strong work ethic positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Requirements:

Valid drivers license with a good driving record

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Ability to work in physically active environments including standing bending and moving equipment

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Comfortable using smartphones tablets and software applications

Reliable dependable and eager to learn

Experience in construction maintenance restoration moving landscaping military service warehouse operations or other hands-on trades is a plus but not required.

Schedule

Full-time

Must be available for on-call rotation

Occasional nights weekends and holidays as needed during emergency response situations
