Role on the Team (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead a team of two or more to perform of water mitigation tarping board up mold remediation according to Paul Davis and industry specifications under the supervision of the Mitigation Manager.
- Perform inspections scoping secure customer commitment and set up incoming jobs
- Thoroughly document all work done to support job scope
- Perform mitigation structural drying mold remediation in accordance with industry standard and practices
- Focus and dedication to providing excellent customer service.

- Maintain a clean properly stocked and organized truck and maintain all company equipment.
- Be accessible by phone and participate as necessary in the on-call schedule.
- Assist in warehousing and facility related tasks when necessary.
- You will assist other team members as you see opportunities arise and be a leader for the team when needed.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Restoration Field
- Desire to join a world-class team and contribute a positive attitude
- Demonstrated leadership abilities
- IICRC Certification WRT Required.
- Dedication to customer service
- Fluent in English
- Clean criminal background check
- Valid drivers license with a good record
- Have the ability to work nights/weekends and overtime
- Ability to lift 75 LBS frequently
- Desire to continually learn new things
- Hourly pay: $28 to $32/hour based on experience and certifications to start opportunities for advancement are available
