• $20$23/hour starting pay (based on availability and certifications)
• Paid IICRC certification a credential that travels with you anywhere in the country

• 18 valid drivers license able to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet
• Show up on time ready to work
• Willing to be on-call rotation (water damage doesnt keep bankers hours)
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus not required
