Job Summary

Pay: $55000$70000 per year
- Write Xactimate estimates for water fire and mold mitigation jobs
- Build estimates from field scopes photos measurements and job documentation
- Review completed job files for missing information
- Work with Project Managers and field staff when additional information is needed
- Make estimate revisions and corrections when necessary
- Track completed mitigation jobs through the billing process
- Prepare and send invoices
- Complete required insurance and program documentation
- Keep job notes and files organized and up to date
- Follow up internally on jobs that are missing information or waiting to be billed
- Organized and comfortable managing a high volume of files
- Detail-oriented
- Comfortable working with numbers and estimating software
- Good at following up when information is missing
- Able to communicate with field employees and Project Managers
- Comfortable working independently and keeping work moving
- Familiar with insurance restoration or property claims is a plus
