Job Summary
The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking an experienced Mission Partner Environments (MPE) / Operations Analysts for a multi-functional dispersed team supporting the Interoperability and Certification Technical Services Division of the Network Command Control Communications and Computers (C4) Services Integration (NC4SI) Directorate within HQDA DCS G-6. NC4SIprovides comprehensive planning analytical operational policy technical and management services at The Pentagon Washington D.C. and Ft. Belvoir VA.. As the MPE / Operations Analysts you provide multi-functional SME support through individual contribution support to the government leads and coordination with relevant stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Provide MPE advice and support to the HQDA staff subordinate commands and activities that support contingency operations
Develop courses of action to address MPE capability needs mitigate risks and optimize MPE capability portfolio
Assess and track Coalition information sharing activities issues risks and action items in support of customer stakeholder forums
Provide a responsive methodology to identify and resolve process training and technical capability gaps within coalition and MPE of fielded capabilities which enhance timely and accurate sharing of mission critical information throughout all phases of military operations.
Conduct end-to-end analysis of mission-based interoperability effectiveness of operational Coalition mission threads through validated operational and technical requirements.
Provide comprehensive planning analytical operational policy technical and management services.
Responsible for facilitating the process of collecting and define client requirements.
Provide advice and recommendations on processing best practices.
Manage Division-level tasks using Enterprise Task Management Software Solution (ETMS2).
Produce executive summaries and situational reports on Armys and Department of War interoperability initiatives and enduring requirements.
Manage Army MPE Interoperability roles and responsibilities and coordinate policy requirements with the Chief Information Office (CIO).
Provide Subject Matter Expert Support (SME) to serve as the HQDA DCS G-6 Army Staff Talks (AST) and Unified Network; ABCANZ and AUKUS; and Multinational Exercise Coordinator interoperability Action Officers.
Provide expertise in developing information papers EXSUMs and briefings; and briefing those items to general officers.
Support the Army MPE mission analysis work group track action items and due outs and provide monthly update to the G-6 leadership.
Support Army network modernization working groups and manage all tasks and subtasks assigned to Improve Interoperability write portions of the EXORD that support interoperability tasks and track monthly tasks status using the appropriate tracking system.
Support the AUKUS data sharing Operational Planning Team to Synchronize current and planned data sharing and Zero Trust Initiatives track action Items and due outs and provide monthly update to the G-6 leadership.
Participate in and support ABCANZ interoperability working groups and ABCANZ data sharing and Zero Trust project teams track all action items and due outs provide monthly update to the G-6 leadership.
Qualifications:
Excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with varying audiences and stakeholders at the executive level
Active Top Secret security clearance
Education Bachelors degree or higher from an accredited institution
Experience 5 years of relevant professional experience.
Army-specific experience perform at the GO level
Desired:
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Able to discover relevant data understand the context as it is being used and apply experience analysis to turn data into useful information.

Pay Range:
