Missing Engineer & Integrator

Mission Engineer and Integrator provides technical and operational expertiseand support for technical operations planning and shall include but are not limited tothe following:

• Support the deployment of operational technology systems and equipment;
• Write or contribute to operational correspondence and operational approval processes in various formats and venues.
• AssistSponsorpersonnelconducting risk management and governance responsibilities inreviewing defining and clarifying operational requirements;
• Analyzesituational conditions and constraintsto identifyappropriate technologies capabilities systems and equipment to meet operational requirements;
• Support the generation ofand updates toconcepts of operations;
• Provide operational input to the development of new systems capabilities and equipment;
• Provide tradecraft recommendations and best practices during operations planning assessment and approvals;
• Ensure technical and operational constraints are communicated and addressed as part of operational planning and execution;
• Perform trade studies from testing and evaluation lessons learned new intelligence gained and/or operational feedback and provide recommendations for system modifications and upgrades;
• Support the development of operational procedures to include identification of mission contingencies;
• Provide recommendations with respect to end-to-end system capability gaps affecting usability and operability of systems;
• Review all-source reporting on assigned portfolios to produce counterintelligence guidance on inherent or known risks and mitigations surrounding the use of technology;
• Perform technical security and risk assessments toidentifypoints of vulnerability and operational security risks and recommend risk mitigation strategies;
• Validate and verify operational and technical requirements
• Use established Sponsor standards and regulations to address system non-compliance and provide recommendations to improve compliance

• TS/SCI with Polygraph level clearance is required
• Minimum of 8 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 6 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 3 years with PhD; an additional four years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
• Customer-specific experience.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written; ability to communicate with a both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Technical operational experience is highly desired.
