Torch Technologies is seeking a mid-grade subject matter expert to provide Missile Warning support to C/JFSCC Missile Warning Center (MWC). This position will provide primary support to Strategic Integrated Tactical Warning/Attack Assessment (ITW/AA) side of the Missile Warning (MW) mission and support the Missile Warning Centers readiness. The position requires an individual possessing a wide range of skills and demonstrated experience; providing a fully integrated capability to train and analyze potential national strategic and operational impacts resulting from the loss or disruption of critical systems or capabilities.

As a Missile Warning Analyst your job duties will include:

  • Support functional management of the Integrated Tactical Warning & Attack Assessment (ITW/AA) Command & Control (C2) System

  • Support oversight of all ITW/AA systems--from sensors to correlation centers to forward users as well as direct management of ITW/AA C2

  • Respond to USSPACECOM GO/FO level requests for information (RFIs) involving ITW/AA sensor and C2 anomalies

  • Assist MWC in ITW/AA system troubleshooting and follow-up beyond the scope of current operations

  • Lead multiple organizations in developing solutions for C2 structure test/implementation and interface with the Joint Chiefs of Staff Office of the Secretary of Defense and respective System Program Offices

  • Serve as primary or alternate analyst in support of Boards Bureaus Centers Cells and Working Groups (B2C2WG) including the Strategic Assessment Working Group and Commanders Assessment Board

Required Qualifications:

  • U.S. Citizenship

  • 10 years experience in the MW mission area and familiarity with the ITW/AA TES and SEW architecture

  • Active TS/SCI clearance

  • Experience within the MWC; ability train and certify current watch standers

  • Knowledge of ITW/AA systems processes conferencing and CJCSI requirements

  • Knowledge of a wide range of ITW/AA systems specifics: Sensors correlation centers data lines forwards users capabilities functions and operational practices

  • Ability to communicate effectively (both written and orally) articulate complex issues and maintain good working relationships

  • Experience within the MW mission area including Ground-Based MW radar operations SBIRS MGS or MWC

  • MWC Ops Floor experience and in-depth understanding of ITW/AA Theater Event System (TES) and Shared Early Warning (SEW) architecture communications and reporting

Preferred Qualifications

  • Possess experience at operational/theater-level HQs (e.g. Combatant Command Joint/Combined Task Force Component)
  • Familiarity with Space Situational Awareness Missions
  • Experience Leading Operational Planning Teams (OPTs)
  • Former Director or senior watch stander at the MWC
