SUMMARY

TheMiscelBaggeris responsible forcreating baggable sellable items from donated goods and ensuring these items are properly merchandised on the sales floor. This role supports store presentation standards and provides customer service when needed.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/DUTIES

1. Sort andidentifydonated items suitable for bagging and sale.

1. Create bagged merchandise according to store guidelines and pricing standards.

1. Transport and stock bagged items on the sales floor in designated areas.

1. Maintain an organized and visually appealing display of bagged merchandise.

1. Assistcustomers courteously and professionally when approached.

1. Keep the sales floorand production area clean and safe.

1. Maintain a well-groomed appearance andappropriate dresscode including a name badge and vest.

ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS/DUTIES

1. Referall customer complaints to managementin a timely manner.

1. Follow Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) procedures and other Public Protection Guidelines.

1. React calmly and respond to emergency situations.

1. Perform other duties as assigned byManagement.
