Job Summary
- Replenish and maintain mini bar inventory in guest rooms according to hotel standards and established par levels
- Accurately record consumed items and ensure proper posting of charges to guest accounts
- Inspect mini bar products for freshness quality expiration dates and presentation standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of mini bar storage areas carts and guest room service equipment
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests related to mini bar service and amenities
- Deliver amenities beverages snacks and special requests to guest rooms as assigned
- Maintain inventory records and communicate replenishment needs to leadership appropriately
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies regarding responsible alcohol handling and service
- Verify age identification when applicable and comply with Louisiana alcohol service laws and hotel procedures
- Collaborate with Housekeeping Front Office and Food & Beverage teams to support seamless guest experiences
- Report maintenance concerns missing inventory or guest room issues promptly
- Maintain confidentiality professionalism and discretion while entering occupied guest rooms
- Follow all food safety sanitation and workplace safety procedures
- Uphold luxury hospitality standards through professionalism appearance and exceptional guest service
Qualifications :
- Previous hospitality food & beverage retail inventory or guest service experience preferred
- Luxury hotel or in-room dining experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and guest service skills
- Basic math and inventory tracking skills required
- Professional appearance and demeanor required
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in guest-facing environments
- Ability to work flexible schedules including mornings evenings weekends and holidays as operationally required
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Must meet Louisiana legal requirements for alcohol service if assigned duties involving alcoholic beverages
- Must possess or be able to obtain a valid Louisiana Responsible Vendor (RV) Server Permit if assigned alcohol-related duties
- Must possess or be able to obtain any required Louisiana food safety certifications in accordance with local and state regulations
