• Lead all daily kitchen operations with a focus on food quality safety and consistency
• Coach train schedule and develop Line Cooks Prep Cooks and Dishwashers
• Lead by example by working alongside your team during service
• Maintain food labor and operating costs while achieving financial goals
• Oversee inventory ordering receiving storage and product rotation
• Ensure recipe execution portion control presentation and ticket times
• Maintain sanitation cleanliness and health department standards
• Build a positive accountable culture centered around teamwork and growth

• 2 years of kitchen management experience in a full-service high-volume restaurant
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Passion for scratch cooking quality and guest satisfaction
• Experience managing labor food costs inventory and scheduling
• Ability to recruit train mentor and retain top talent
• Hands-on leader who isnt afraid to jump on the line
• Availability to work nights weekends and holidays as needed
