Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience and basic knowledge of current operating systems such as Macintosh Windows iPad OS and Chrome OS preferred.
• Demonstrated experience and knowledge of applications such as Microsoft Office Schoology GoogleApps (Collab) preferred.
• Knowledge in computer and printer repairs and troubleshooting.
• Demonstrated basic knowledge of network account management knowledge is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in updating/maintaining a website preferred.
• Knowledge regarding current classroom AV equipment such as projectors/TVs and sound systems.
• Demonstrated interpersonal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• First call for tech support for faculty and students involving computer hardware software and AV systems.
• Assist in the management of inventory repairs purchases and the checking out of tech materials and equipment.
• Perform software installs.
• Perform basic network administration including but not limited to account management and password resets.
• Assist with website content and maintenance.
• Stay current on Macintosh Windows iPad OS and Chrome OS software and technical knowledge.
• Daily coordination with designated staff that supports building technology through instruction media center and technical support

Compensation / Benefits:
RAVE Clerical Association ï½ Wage Group II: $23.95 - $26.89 Hourly - According to contractual agreement (based on 2025-26 contract)
