Middle School Science Teacher

POSITION DESCRIPTION

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must hold a valid Michigan Teaching Certificate
• Science endorsement (DI)
• Willingness to work collaboratively in a team-focused environment

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

The Science teacher responsibilities include teaching written and oral course work tailoring lesson plans to individual students or classes and setting homework and assessments. Effective communication with staff families and students.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:Bachelors Degree

LANGUAGE MATHEMATICAL AND REASONING SKILLS:Ability to speak and write to apply mathematical concepts to practical to carry out instructions furnished in written or oral format and deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
