CUSD 303 is seeking a full-time 10-month middle school Multilingual Teacher for the 26-27 SY at Thompson Middle School for the 26-27 SY. See job description.

Qualifications:

Minimum Education/Certification:

Bachelors degree from an accredited university

Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL)

English as a Second Language (ESL) endorsement or English as a New Language

(ENL) endorsement

Special Knowledge/Skills:

Knowledge of and expertise with various models of quality instruction for multilingual

learners

Experience in research-based instructional practices and student-centered learning

Demonstrate knowledge and ability to support students within ELL programs

Demonstrate ability to work collaboratively with families of targeted students to develop

the partnership between home and school

Minimum Experience:

Preferred teaching experience
