Middle School Mathematics Teacher (2.0) FTE

POSITION DESCRIPTION

The Huron Valley Schools is seeking an enthusiastic energetic and innovative Middle School Math teacher to fill a vacancy in the district. The program is supported by a teaching team that works collaboratively to develop and implement curriculum.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Must hold a valid Michigan Teaching Certificate with anEXendorsement

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• To effectively provide materials and instruction to eligible students
• To effectively communicate with students staff and families

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:Bachelors Degree or higher preferred

LANGUAGE MATHEMATICAL AND REASONING SKILLS:Ability to speak and write to apply mathematical concepts to practical to carry out instructions furnished in written or oral format and deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
