Job Summary

USD 495 is looking for aMiddle School toassist ourmiddleschool track program for the 2026-27 school year. This position is focused on building strong relationships creating a positive team experience and helping student-athletes grow on and off the court.

LarnedMiddleSchool competes in the Central Kansas League and views athletics as an extension of the educational experience.

Coaching Responsibilities
  • Help lead themiddleschooltrack program

  • Create a positive respectful team environment

  • Build strong relationships with student-athletes and families

  • Communicate clearly with players parents and staff

  • Support academic expectations and eligibility

Qualifications
  • Track coaching experience preferred

  • Strong communication and leadership skills

  • Commitment to positive experiences for student-athletes

  • Ability to work well with students families and colleagues
