The Role:

As anAnalystin Middle Office you will directly support our team mission to provideaccurateandtimelyreporting on trading activity and financial metrics whilemaintainingstrong financial operations controls and data visualizations for our internal customers. You will contribute to our role as an independent control department ensuring P&L accuracy and reconciliation of trades and valuations between trading systems clearing firms and account administrators.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managedailyreconciliationandreporting of positionsP&L trading volumes capital and other metrics to ensure accuracy and timeliness for business stakeholders.

• Research trade breaks in collaboration with the trading desks clearing counterparties and fundadministratoracross asset classes (equities fixed income futures options etc.)

• Support maintenance and validation of financial controls and reporting to provide analysis and performance metrics that help trading desks and leadership quickly assess and improve both current and new business initiatives.

• Work with the Development teams to help prioritize andidentifyrequirements for reporting and control systems enhancements.

• Collectandcleantrading and financial data tofacilitateanalysisand visualizationsfor internal teams.

• Helpmaintainand reconcile fee and rebate models brokerage transactions and ensure subledger accuracy versus the general ledger.

• Assistinternal audiences in enhancing data flow and reporting accuracy.

• Collaborate with trading technology accounting andfinancial planning and analysisteams on workflow improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree ina financeor quantitative discipline.

• 1-3years experienceina financialor analyticalrole.

• Experience inMiddle OfficeTradingOperations or similar functionsisa plus.

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Proficiencyin Excel(pivot tablesvlookups); knowledge of SQL and Python is preferred.

• Effective communicator collaborative and eager to learn.
