• Generate new business opportunities and secure appointments with prospective clients.
• Focus on middle-market construction accounts managing accounts with revenue ranging from $25000 to $100000.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level clientele and other decision-makers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Attend client meetings and participate in local travel as needed to support business development efforts.

• Licenses/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Experience:
  • Proven sales experience with a strong drive to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Experience in construction sales finance or capital markets is a plus.
  • Willingness to learn the insurance side of the business if coming from a construction background.
• Skills:
