Mid-Level Training Analyst

The Boeing Defense Space & Security (BDS) Apprenticeship Team is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mid-Level Training Analyst to join our team in St Louis MO. The Mid-Level Training Analyst team is part of the

Production System Training organization and is responsible for leading training planning and coordination efforts in support of leaders and employees on the production floor.

The successful candidate will be trusted to work independently and utilize superior customer service and communication skill sets in a fast-paced agile environment.

Position Responsibilities:

• Order materials and supplies in support of the apprenticeship program
• Collect organize synthesize and analyze training data to develop training plans to support the Boeing Production System
• Work with different stakeholders and partners to coordinate training needs
• Prepare and update training forecasts schedules training history and completion reports
• Perform ad hoc training queries
• Work effectively and cooperatively with peers from other teams and organizations to implement training plans in a dynamic fast-paced environment
• Maintain and monitor data integrity perform risk assessments identify and resolve discrepancies
• Respond to inquiries and provide feedback
• Participate in process improvement activities

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.

The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements therefore a US Person as defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.15 is Person includes US Citizen lawful permanent resident refugee or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• 3 years worked in a customer-facing environment and been directly involved in gathering requirements
• 3 year of experience in data analytics
• 3 years of experience with Microsoft Word Excel Outlook and PowerPoint
• 1 year of experience using reporting tools
• 1 year of experience in presenting technical information to executive leadership

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Bachelors Degree or higher
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Experience using My Learning or other Learning Management Systems
• Experience in organizing prioritizing and paying attention to detail and ensuring accuracy

Relocation:

This position is located in a location that does not offer relocation. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.
