Mid-Level Systems Engineer Splunk Administrator

The Mid-Level Systems Engineer - Splunk Administrator supports a critical cyber mission by administering modernizing and securing enterprise Splunk infrastructure and cybersecurity toolsets. The role combines hands-on Splunk engineering with cyber defense continuous monitoring incident response vulnerability and risk assessment security architecture and systems integration across computing network and enclave environments. The engineer works closely with government and contractor teams to ensure systems are secure compliant reliable and scalable while developing and implementing solutions that strengthen enterprise security monitoring and mission effectiveness.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in system engineering Computer Science Information Systems Engineering Science Engineering Management or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
• Five (5) years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a bachelors degree.
• Fourteen (14) years experience as an SE in programs and contracts of similar scope type and complexity is required.
• Demonstrated experience with Splunk and in planning and leading Systems
  Active TS/SCI security clearance with current polygraph required

Highly Desired:

• Certification Splunk Enterprise Certified Admin or other advanced certification
• Minimum of 12 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 10 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 7 years with Ph.D.
