Mid-Level Structural Engineer (Southeast US)

About the PositionWe are searching for a Mid-Level Structural Engineer to join our growing Professional Design Services team. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of related design engineering experience and will take a leadership role in structural design and analysis this position you will mentor junior engineers while supporting proposal efforts and working on projects spanning multiple markets and geographies. The role offers opportunities to broaden your knowledge and deepen your skill set in building systems design. You will be responsible for moving efficiently through various design stages from concept plans to construction documentation. This role can be based in one of our Pond offices or as a remote employee providing flexibility in work location. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to advance in your career while working on diverse and impactful structural engineering and QualificationsBS in Civil Engineering from an accredited college or university5 years of related structural design and/or analysis experiencePE/SE license is a strong plusProficiency with relevant software such as Revit AutoCAD and BIMExperience mentoring and training employeesProven experience leading projects supporting proposal efforts and interfacing with clientsAbility to work well within a team environment demonstrating a positive attitude and strong communication skillsSelf-motivated with the ability to multitask and produce high-quality workA strong desire to learn and grow professionally
