A highly respected national law firm is seeking a Mid-Level Real Estate Associate Attorney to join its Minneapolis office.

This opportunity is ideal for an attorney interested in representing developers investors lenders landlords tenants and corporate clients in sophisticated commercial real estate transactions.

36 years of commercial real estate transactional experience

Experience with acquisitions dispositions leasing development financing and joint venture transactions

Experience representing developers investors lenders landlords tenants private equity sponsors REITs or institutional clients preferred

Experience reviewing and analyzing title survey zoning and other real estate due diligence materials

Experience drafting and negotiating purchase agreements leases loan documents joint venture agreements and other transaction documents

Strong drafting negotiation analytical and communication skills

Ability to independently manage transactions and work directly with clients

Excellent academic credentials

J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school required

Minnesota bar admission required or ability to become admitted

Sophisticated national commercial real estate platform

Exposure to complex acquisitions dispositions development and financing transactions

Significant client interaction and responsibility
