A respected AmLaw 100 firm is seeking a Mid-Level Real Estate Associate Attorney to join its Atlanta office. This opportunity is ideal for an attorney looking to work on sophisticated commercial real estate transactions within a collaborative national platform serving developers investors lenders and institutional clients.

The firm is seeking a motivated associate with strong transactional experience who is interested in handling complex real estate matters across a broad range of asset classes and industries.

The Role

Associates in this position may work on matters involving:

  • Commercial acquisitions and dispositions
  • Real estate development projects
  • Commercial leasing transactions
  • Real estate financing and lending matters
  • Joint ventures and entity structuring
  • Multifamily office industrial hospitality and mixed-use projects
  • Due diligence title and survey review
  • General commercial real estate transactional support

Attorneys will work closely with sophisticated clients on high-value transactions and strategic real estate matters throughout the Southeast and nationally.

Ideal Background
  • 36 years of commercial real estate transactional experience
  • Experience handling acquisitions dispositions leasing and financing matters
  • Strong drafting negotiation and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage multiple transactions in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal and client relationship skills
  • JD from an ABA-accredited law school with strong academic credentials
  • Georgia Bar admission required or ability to waive in
